Figgy Piggy

Or a stuffed goat in a pig blanket.

hmmmm....fruit, cheese and cured meat? The biggest fig hater would probably love it! It's salty, sweet and savory wrapped up into one little succulent bite!

What you need:

Figs
Goat Cheese
Prosciutto

Step 1: Cut figs length wise

Step 2: smush a dollop of goat cheese in the center.

Step 3: fold back up and wrap the prosciutto every so gently around the outside.

Step 4: stuff in your mouth!

  3. well uncle bob you should be sending me some of those figs or at least drying them and sending some up! As far as prosciutto its a cured meat that tastes great with fruit and makes your friends think you are fancy when you serve it on a tray...try it out!
